Why? It is a well known fact that our American Heros are not receiving the help that is needed to combat PTSD. The current answer has led our heros to an alarming rate of 22 suicides deaths a day. We owe our heros a better answer. By raising $250 you can help a veteran get into a group fitness gym for 3 months. Research supports the finding that exercise for 90 days is an equivalent on the brain to anti-depressants. Help us combat veteran suicides by giving them and their spouse the gift of gym therapy to "Beat PTSD" symptoms in a natural holistic manner.

I myself suffer from PTSD as well as 3 million others across America. This is not an issue that only veterans deal with but anyone who has suffered a traumatic experience and can no longer function normally in certain situations because of its triggers. After two combat tours to Iraq I found myself no longer able to sleep at night due to nightmares, no longer able to be in crowded rooms because of anxiety and fearing for my safety, quick tempered and disconnected from society. After joining a group fitness gym I was able to channel my issues through fitness, rejoin the community by reconnecting with people in my class, and sleep better after tiresome workouts. I started this non-profit to offer the same therapy to our veterans and their spouses in hopes to bring the suicide rate down 1 at at time. Please join me in helping our nations heroes and strengthening our veteran community.
